All orders are packed in the United States. Orders are typically shipped out within 1-4 business days. If you believe your parcel is taking too long to arrive or fear it could be lost, please reach out or send us an email and we will look into it right away.
We are not responsible for any delay that results from an incorrect address, holidays or by incidents beyond our control.

Returns
You may return or exchange any non-damaged items by posting them to us within 14 days upon arrival.
Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund.

To return or exchange an item, please email us with your order number, details of the item to be returned, and the reason for its return. All returned items must arrive in original condition and in the original packaging.
All shipping costs, duties and taxes have to be paid by sender.
You will be refunded through the same payment method you used to place the order. This will happened within 7 days after it's checked and approved by our team.
Damaged items
If your item appears faulty upon delivery, please notify us immediately by email, and attach pictures of both the packaging and its contents. All the original packaging must also be retained. We will do our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
