Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order. Shipping charges are based primarily on weight and packaging and will be adjusted with your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We send all of our orders via USPS, which means you should expect to receive your order within 2-7 working days. Please note that delivery to more remote regional areas may take a little longer.

How does a custom order work?
Please send me a message and I will work with you to develop a plan for your piece. There will be a non refundable deposit required before I get started. I will provide you with a range that I expect the final cost to fell within, as well as a timeline for completion. Your trust in my artistic process is greatly appreciated.

What is your Return policy?
We accept returns of non-damaged goods only. You have 14 days to contact us about a return. Returns will be for future credit only. Special requests are non refundable or returnable.
